Job descriptionStrong analytical skills with the ability to make informed recommendations. Proficiency in technical tools relevant to academic management. Ability to drive consensus in decision-making, especially in conflicting situations. Extroverted, result-oriented, and capable of mentoring and leading teams to achieve outcomes. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth and dynamic environment. Capacity to handle ambiguity, understand requirements, and implement solutions effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science, Arts, or Commerce. Mandatory B.Ed qualification. 5 to 6 years of experience in academics, with at least 1 year in a leadership role such as Coordinator, Supervisor, HOD, Examination Head, Lead Teacher, Head Teacher, or Academic Manager.

Location : Bengaluru, Indore
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee academic delivery and administration at the designated grade level, ensuring excellence in academic results.
- Coordinate with central committees and schools to implement the curriculum as per established guidelines.
- Establish and promote high standards and expectations across all partnered schools.
- Ensure adherence to departmental policies and processes.
- Be prepared to travel within the city and occasionally to other locations; extensive travel within Karnataka is expected for the Bengaluru role; extensive travel within Madhya Pradesh is expected for the Indore role.
