Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a QS & Billing Engineer (Interior Fit-out) located in Chennai . The QS & Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), performing rate analysis, managing quantity surveying tasks, and handling billing systems. The engineer will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate measurements and cost assessments, provide analytical support, and ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing BOQs and performing rate analysis
• Proficiency in quantity surveying and billing systems
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Prior experience in interior fit-out projects is beneficial
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work outputs.
