About the Role
You will be applying for the role of the Founders' assistant, and since we are a travel company, understanding international time zones and the basics of air ticketing will give you an edge over others. The founder is often on the road researching itineraries, and having the necessary communication skills to understand what he wants from the team and what his team finds challenging would help you to grow in this role.
Responsibilities
Calendar management for the founder
Aiding in preparing for meetings in real time.
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Manage the credit card payments and other personal accounting for the founder.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay range and compensation package
4 - 5 Lacs per annum.
