Overall Purpose of the Role
To develop and manage the full scope of Compass India Foodservices at multiple units . Also take full responsibility of driving revenue growth through operational development, P&L management, technical selling and brand Achievement of the sales budget and formulation of action plans to manage deviations, if any
- Monitor performance (i.e. sales growth and profitability) against targets
- Monitor all contract deviations for each client and ensure proper adherence to agreed SLAs
