We are seeking an accomplished professional with extensive hands-on experience across diverse fitness and recovery disciplines, coupled with a keen interest in emerging trends that promote active and healthy lifestyles. This position offers the opportunity to shape world-class fitness programs and lead a dynamic team in a growing, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the fitness department, shaping and executing a vision of holistic performance and wellness.
• Design and implement innovative training programs to offer compelling classes and fitness solutions both inside and outside the club.
• Manage, develop, and inspire a team of performance coaches, including personal trainers and freelance instructors.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and member satisfaction across all fitness services.
• Foster a positive, results-driven culture that motivates both staff and members, contributing to club growth and community engagement.
• Collaborate with senior executives to align fitness initiatives with broader business objectives, driving member engagement, retention, and community building.
• Partner with marketing teams to create engaging content and organize events that enhance the member experience.
• Initially oversee a flagship 2,600 sqm club, with the potential to expand leadership across additional locations totalling 7,500 sqm within the first year.
