Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Manager - Investor Relations & Corporate Development. This role is crucial in managing investor communications, driving fundraising efforts, and ensuring timely reporting through structured monthly MIS updates. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of financial modeling, excellent communication skills, and experience managing investor relationships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities :

• Lead all aspects of investor communication, including pitch decks, updates, press releases, and fundraising materials.
• Act as the primary point of contact for current and prospective investors - managing inquiries, sharing timely updates, and building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the finance and leadership teams to prepare and present monthly MIS reports, including key business metrics and financial performance.
• Support and drive fundraising processes - helping identify potential investors, coordinate due diligence, and manage ongoing investor conversations.
• Organize and lead investor meetings, roadshows, and monthly investor calls or check-ins.
• Develop and maintain financial models and data rooms to support fundraising and investor reporting.
• Ensure compliance with investor-related regulations and internal governance standards.
• Communicate clearly during challenging situations - such as operational delays or market fluctuations - to reinforce trust and transparency.
• Monitor industry trends and investor feedback to improve messaging and strategy.
