Head – Investor Relations and Corporate Communications

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. The incumbent will be responsible for managing investor engagement, enhancing corporate reputation, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders, and positioning the company effectively in the financial and public domains.

Key Responsibilities :

Investor Relations :

Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s growth and financial objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing QIBs, shareholders, and analysts, serving as the primary point of contact for all investor communications and inquiries.

Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to prepare financial reports, earnings releases, and investor presentations.

Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment, providing timely insights and feedback to senior management.

Proactively identify and engage with potential new investors and analysts to enhance company visibility and attract investment interest.

Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements in coordination with the Company Secretarial team.

Corporate Communications :

7. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to strengthen the company’s brand image and public perception.

8. Manage media relations, draft press releases, and oversee both internal and external communication initiatives.

9. Handle crisis communication, ensuring timely and consistent messaging to stakeholders.

10. Oversee digital and social media communication, ensuring alignment with corporate values and strategy.

Desirable / Added Advantages :

Experience working in a listed company.

Proven track record of managing investor relations programs and developing strategic relationships with investors and analysts.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.

Educational Qualification :

MBA (preferably in Finance, Marketing, or Corporate Communications).

Experience :

5–7 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.
