CAMS is looking for a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications and partner with product, engineering, and operations to deliver scalable financial technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements; run workshops with stakeholders and synthesize into BRDs / functional specs.
- Map as-is / to-be business processes; identify efficiency opportunities and control improvements.
- Collaborate with PMs / Devs / QA to design and implement solutions; support testing / UAT with test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Build and maintain business models, documentation, and RTMs; ensure traceability from requirements to release.
- Perform data analysis (Excel / SQL) and generate dashboards / reports for decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal risk / compliance standards.
- Prepare presentations / business cases; support risk identification and mitigation planning.
