Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain records in Success Factors in relation to Expatriate arrivals and update those records in line with expat department transfers, promotions, line manage changes, etc, for our London entities and the wider EMEA region.(MECS, MHI, MHBK, MBE)
- Maintaining Organisation charts and amending where required for arrivals and departures.
- Update and maintain the expats’ annual holiday entitlement.
- Respond to Service desk and other departmental enquires in relation to Expat SF data
- Work closely with other HR teams and Tokyo to coordinate expatriate onboarding, and to ensure we adhere to data best practice.
- Coordinate Visa matters and monitoring Visa status for expats in EMEA. Maintaining appropriate immigration records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Ensuring that Expats have been booked into a serviced apartment (using approved vendors) prior to arrival, and coordinating UK bank account set up with 3rd party provider.
- Processing of invoices for Expat related matters
- Collection and retention of arrival and departure documents for expats.
- New assignments relating to HR data administration as needed by the business.
