Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Plan and allocate resources, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Monitor project performance (KPIs, milestones, risks) and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Communicate project status, issues, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, marketing) to execute project tasks.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, assess impact and realign resources.
• Ensure quality, client satisfaction, and adherence to project goals.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and post-mortem reviews.
