Experience in Walk in Drive management. Must have exp in using different Platforms for sourcing. Must know beyond job posting and mailer deployment. Must have experience of hiring FTE / FTR talents. Must have knowledge of Features of virtual hiring drive management tool such as virtual lobby, interview rooms on the virtual hiring drive management tool. Must be able to articulate on the ATS used. Excellent communication. Clearing Assessment mandatory. Soft Skill Requirement : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
