Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Ab Initio development. Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Proficient in SQL and relational database management. Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques. Familiarity with Unix / Linux environments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with data modeling tools is a plus. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred. Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks. Certification in data management or related areas is a plus. Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ETL processes using Ab Initio.
- Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements.
- Build and optimize data integrations and pipelines for high performance.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data quality issues.
- Perform data profiling and implement appropriate transformations.
- Engage in solution design and recommend best practices for ETL development.
- Maintain documentation of existing processes and configurations.
- Perform unit testing and assist with system testing.
- Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements.
- Monitor jobs and ensure timely delivery of data to stakeholders.
- Provide support for data-related inquiries from business users.
- Work with version control systems for code management.
- Stay updated with Ab Initio features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project initiatives.
- Train junior developers on ETL best practices and tools.
