Client Acquisition Specialist

Job descriptionDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client staffing needs Present tailored staffing solutions to prospective clients Negotiate contracts and service agreements Overcome objections and close new business deals. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify additional opportunities Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor Provide feedback to leadership about market demands and service opportunities Develop expertise in specific industry verticals to become a trusted advisor. Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in staffing or HR services Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong ability to build rapport and establish credibility quickly Self-motivated with ability to work independently Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM software Understanding of employment laws and staffing industry regulations Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, HR or related field (preferred). Number of new client acquisitions Revenue generated from new accounts Sales pipeline growth and conversion rates Client satisfaction and retention metrics Market share growth in target industries.
