Customer Support – Voice Process

Provide first-level resolution and empathetic customer care

Handle objections, build rapport, and ensure smooth resolutions

Stay informed on product updates and tools

Log tickets, track cases, and ensure timely follow-up

• ️ Willingness to work in US time zones (Night Shifts)

• ️ Ability to handle 24x7 rotational shifts

Preferred : Basic understanding or any customer support certification
