We are seeking a seasoned Legal Expert with extensive experience in white-collar crime, economic offenses, and regulatory compliance to manage and defend complex legal and enforcement matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling high-stakes cases involving multiple investigative and regulatory authorities and will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organizations legal interests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all legal matters related to ED, CBI, PMLA, FEMA, Black Money Act, SEBI, and SFIO investigations and proceedings.
• Strategically advise management on white-collar crime and economic offense cases with emphasis on defense and compliance strategies.
• Represent the organization in High Court and Supreme Court proceedings, coordinating with external counsels where necessary.
• Ensure full legal compliance and regulatory preparedness across corporate functions.
• Liaise with government and regulatory authorities for ongoing and prospective matters.
• Review and strengthen internal systems to mitigate future legal and compliance risks.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and enforcement trends.
