About KyzoAt Kyzo, we’re reimagining how construction materials are sourced and managed.We’re going first principles building a tech-native construction marketplace from the ground up,including our own Order Management System (OMS), website, and mobile app.Our goal : Make sourcing construction materials fast, transparent, and just a click away. Kyzo isyour one-stop solution for fulfilling all construction material requirements, available seamlesslyvia web and app.Position OverviewThe City Head will oversee the end-to-end business operations in Hyderabad — driving sales,managing key relationships, and leading the city team toward consistent growth andprofitability. This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on execution ability, deep marketunderstanding, and strong commercial acumen.Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the city’s P&L ownership — ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, andgrowth targets.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across sales, operations, and supportfunctions.
  • Drive alignment between city operations and the company’s strategic goals.
  • Identify local market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to shape futurestrategy.
  • Represent Khidki Homes at industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events toenhance brand visibility.2. Sales & Business Growth
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Strengthen relationships with key dealers, channel partners, architects, and contractors.
  • Expand market reach through new client acquisition and channel development.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, ensure timely deal closures, and optimize sales conversionratios.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan city-specific campaigns and activations that drive leadgeneration.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular insights to leadership.3. Operational Excellence & Execution
  • Oversee daily operations — ensuring on-time order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, andprocess compliance.
  • Work closely with the finance, supply chain, and logistics teams to manage order cyclesand collections.
  • Implement effective inventory and demand planning practices to reduce delays andwastage.
  • Review city-level dashboards and drive accountability through regular performancereviews.
  • Ensure adherence to brand, quality, and service standards across all city operations.Required Skills & Competencies
  • Leadership : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurableoutcomes.
  • Sales Expertise : Strong background in B2B sales, channel management, or buildingmaterials / interiors industry.
  • Analytical Thinking : Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and guidestrategy.
  • Negotiation & Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on relationshipbuilding.
  • Operational Know-How : Understanding of supply chains, order fulfillment, and financialcoordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and performance dashboards.Qualifications
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 4-6 years of experience, preferably in building materials, home interiors, or alliedindustries.
  • Prior experience managing city or regional-level business operations is strongly preferred.
