Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule further interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Skills Required
