We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical accounting and financial management skills with a keen interest in learning business operations and financial strategy.

This role will provide exposure to core accounting financial reporting audits taxation and financial analysis across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Reporting

Prepare and maintain books of accounts general ledgers and trial balance.

Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements (P&L

Handle accounts payable / receivable bank reconciliations and journal entries.

Support monthly and annual closing activities.

Assist in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.

Support preparation of management reports and MIS dashboards.

Participate in cost analysis financial modeling and performance monitoring.

Work closely with departments to understand financial impacts of business decisions.

Support statutory internal and tax audits.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS) and company policies.

Assist in preparation and filing of GST TDS and Income Tax returns.

Liaise with banks auditors and consultants when required.

Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.

Stay updated with changes in accounting taxation and compliance laws.

Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards Taxation (Direct & Indirect) and Auditing principles .

Proficiency in MS Excel Tally and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferred) .

Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
