Job descriptionBuild and manage relationships with external partners including health tech platforms Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product sales and operations to ensure seamless delivery and execution. Curate and refine specialty products tailored to client needs and market trends. Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes to inform product strategy. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in health tech or insurtech domains. Proven track record in structured product development sales strategy or partner management. Candidates with broader sales experience but recent exposure to health tech / insurance are also encouraged to apply. Strong understanding of outpatient and Wellness products. Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to innovate and lead change.

- Lead the design and execution of structured health insurance solutions in collaboration with insurers and health tech partners.
- Identify and develop cross-sell opportunities across OPD CI and income protection products.
- Work closely with retention and sales teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
