Job descriptionVisa Compliance : Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students with Application Review : Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluate Relationship Building : Establish and maintain relationships with universities and Policy and Market Awareness : Stay updated on changes in education policies, Student Suppor t : Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provide Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions Proven experience in international recruitment and student counseling In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & hustler ( must ). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records 6 Days working Minimum 3+ years experience in Study Abroad Domain and 5+ overall experience Minimum 40 Visa per counselor in a year and 320-400 visa at manager level with a team of

In this role, you will manage the admission process for Indian students seeking study abroad
opportunities. You will work closely with universities and educational institutions across various
countries to facilitate admissions, provide counseling to students, and ensure compliance with visa
requirements. This senior-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience.
