Job descriptionCurrent student or recent graduate in [Business / Marketing / Finance / Communications Strong interest in women’s financial empowerment and fintech. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience in a leading women-focused fintech platform. Opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and founders. Exposure to live projects and real-world problem-solving. Certificate and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion.

LXME is India’s first financial platform designed exclusively for women, empowering them to
take charge of their money through learning, investing, and community engagement. LXME
offers simple, jargon-free financial solutions and a vibrant community to help women achieve
financial independence.
Position : Intern
Location : Mumbai
Duration : 3 or 6 months
Stipend : Rs 5000 per month
Department : Marketing / Partnerships
Reporting To : Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Support day-to-day operations of the team.
- Assist in data collection, research, and analysis to support ongoing projects.
- Help create and manage Partners / users for LXME’s platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and deliverables.
- Contribute ideas to enhance LXME’s women-focused financial initiatives.
- Assist in organizing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
