We are looking for a skilled Partnership Key Account Manager (KAM) to oversee and strengthen the company's relationships with its partners. The ideal candidate will build long-term strategic relationships, understand partner requirements, and ensure mutual business success. You will play a critical role in sustaining and growing our business through effective partnership management and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners to drive long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Comprehend partner needs and provide tailored solutions to promote company offerings.
- Own the end-to-end partner operational experience, from signing agreements to ensuring commercial success.
- Source and identify new partner synergies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the Partner Development Lead to identify growth opportunities and support operational requirements.
- Onboard new partners, including routine check-ins, education, and integration into business processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational management of partners, resolving queries promptly.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance partner performance and overall business growth.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Data, and Commercial Policy, to meet business requirements.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Requirements & Skills :
Proven experience in Key Account Management or Partnership Management .Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with strategic partners.Experience in operational management, partner onboarding, and process improvement.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on partner performance metrics.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
