The ideal candidate will bring over 18 years of experience in IT services, with a proven track record of managing large-scale delivery operations and driving excellence in managed services engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage large delivery teams of 250+ professionals across onsite / offshore models.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of managed services programs, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence through ITIL frameworks and L1 / L2 / L3 support taxonomy.
• Collaborate with global banking clients to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Implement governance models and continuous improvement strategies across engagements.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
