Senior Solution Architect - Java

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Solution Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of complex solutions within the finance and risk domain.

This role will focus on migrating and consolidating General Ledger systems to Oracle while overseeing end-to-end architecture and solution designs for high-scale, mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable product engineering solutions with a strong foundation in software architecture
• Architect global-scale financial systems with high transaction volume and extreme up-time requirements
• Design and implement web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular
• Lead development of back-end microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Optimize massive-scale storage leveraging technologies like PostgreSQL and SQL Server
• Integrate cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, PCF, Azure, and AWS into solution designs
• Collaborate effectively within Agile teams to improve processes and deliver high-quality results
• Mentor technology teams and foster skill development across engineering groups
• Partner with product leaders to align architectural solutions with market and business demands
• Create prototypes to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, from technical teams to business stakeholders
• Advocate for technical best practices and make data-driven decisions to achieve business goals
