Location : Hyderabad - WFO

Shifts – Rotational, 24 / 7 and 5 days week

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Virtualization Engineer to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) support team. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting virtualized environments using VMware, Citrix, or Nutanix with Veeam backup solutions for enterprise and mid-market clients. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and high performance of client virtualization and backup infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and support virtualization solutions using VMware vSphere / ESXi, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and Nutanix platforms.
• Administer and optimize backup and recovery processes using Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and health monitoring of virtualized environments.
• Lead migrations, upgrades, and greenfield deployments of virtualization and backup solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to virtualization, storage integration, and disaster recovery.
• Ensure high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery for client environments.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor and report on virtualization environment health, backup status, and compliance with best practices.
• Stay current with technology advancements, security threats, and industry best practices.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and provide escalation support for critical incidents.
