Job Purpose
Hospitals are the first point of care for patients in top tier markets because of the need for quality healthcare and assured health services. To harness the opportunity that lies within hospitals, a dedicated Key account management team with customized Marketing interventions. The purpose of this role would therefore be to :
Establish the distribution structure in the covered geography in coordination with Regional Hospital Sales Manager aligned to the business needs of the segment
Key Responsibilities
Implement strategy for new (and existing) market and business opportunities :
Monitor And Report
Liaison
Liaise with purchase department, pharmacy, & administrators in Hospitals to obtain a favourable consideration for HUL products.
Knowledge / Education Required
Bachelors Or Master's Degree in Science
Minimum Level Of Job-Related Experience Required
2-3 years experience
A lot of Internal and external customers need to be managed by the incumbent viz.
Internal : Zonal Hospital Sales Manager, Regional Hospital Sales Manager, BDE, KDE / ASE / ASM- Sales Team, Regional expert team.
External : Wholesaler, Distributor, Chemists, HCPs, Purchase Managers, CEOs of hospitals etc.
