Primary Objective :
To manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through to closing the initial order — ensuring consistent engagement, relationship-building, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound outreach to assigned clinic lists to identify and engage decision-makers.
- Present company products, features, and value propositions effectively.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales independently.
- Record all interactions, progress, and outcomes accurately within the CRM system.
- Monitor month-over-month product consumption trends and proactively manage refills or additional product needs to support long-term account growth.
Success Metric :
Lead-to-Sale Conversion Rate – percentage of outreach resulting in completed and booked orders.
