Proven Experience in the Used Car Industry – You've been around the block in the used car field and understand the dynamics of the market.
Field Sales Expertise – Experience in driving field operations and building relationships with used car dealers is a must!
Classified Business Exposure – If you've worked in a similar classifieds or digital platform, that's a plus!
Willingness to Travel – This role requires a high level of travel within the designated zone for dealer onboarding and market development. (Travel can be up to 5 hours from your base location.)
Hands-on Approach – We need someone who is ready to be out on the field and lead from the front, engaging with dealers and stakeholders.
Comfortable with Data – Strong skills in MS Excel to manage and track key metrics.
Communication Skills – Fluency in Hindi and English is a must, with local language proficiency preferred based on location.
