We are looking for a 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗱𝗼𝗼 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 𝟮–𝟰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 with Odoo ERP, 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁. You should be capable of handling projects independently — from understanding client needs to successful solution delivery.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Independently gather and analyze client requirements to map business processes with Odoo functionality.
• Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) based on client requirements.
• Conduct end-user training and provide functional support during and post-implementation.
• Collaborate with the technical team for customizations, integrations, and other development needs.
• Prepare comprehensive functional documentation, user manuals, and process flow diagrams.
• Perform functional testing of Odoo workflows, features, and custom developments before deployment.
• Lead data migration and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring smooth system operations.
