Are you someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, mentoring talented engineers, and making sure things actually ship on time, with quality?

We’re on the lookout for an Engineering Manager who loves the challenge of driving both technical excellence and delivery success. This role is a mix of leading people, solving problems, and partnering closely with clients all while building something meaningful.

What you’ll be doing :

• Owning project delivery end-to-end from planning and timelines to execution and closure.
• Guiding the team on engineering best practices and scalable architecture decisions.
• Coaching and mentoring engineers (and maybe QA / DevOps folks too)
• Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned.
• Helping improve how we build and deliver continuously.
• Managing budgets, planning resources, and keeping an eye on delivery health.
