Purpose of the role :
To coordinate and support the implementation of renewable energy projects under the company’s CSR initiatives, aimed at promoting sustainable development, energy access, and environmental stewardship in target communities. The role involves managing field operations, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring timely and impactful execution of clean energy interventions.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in planning and executing renewable energy projects in the rural communities.
Coordinate with internal CSR teams, technical partners, vendors, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support in budgeting, procurement, and compliance with CSR and sustainability guidelines.
Facilitate community engagement, awareness campaigns, and capacity-building activities related to renewable energy.
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify risks and challenges and support in developing mitigation strategies.
Contribute to impact assessment and data collection for project evaluation and reporting.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in any stream (candidates having Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering or related field will be preferred)
Experience :
0–5 years ( candidates having experience in project coordination, preferably in CSR, renewable energy, or rural development projects will be preferred)
Skills :
Proficiency project management tools.
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including communities, NGOs, and government bodies.
Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and sustainability principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Effective communication in English, Hindi, and Odia (reading,writing, speaking).
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Collaborative Approach.
