▷ (Urgent) Senior Business Analyst

Role : Senior Business Analyst

Location : Pune / Hyderabad

Experience : 8 to 10 years (6+ Years in IT industry as BA)

Skill : Enterprise Records Management and Privacy

Key responsibilities and skillset :

• Current state analysis
• Recommend and implement process changes using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
• Identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Create detailed process maps using tools like Visio, etc
• Value chain impact assessments and analysis incl Holcentric updates
• Ensure processes comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT or automation teams to digitize or automate manual processes.
• Support training, technical documentation and communication related to process changes.
