We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. This role involves hiring for Web3, Blockchain, and Crypto positions, as well as non-Web3 roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical and non-technical roles.
- Utilize advanced search techniques on LinkedIn and other platforms to identify top talent in the Web3 and Blockchain sectors.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for niche Web3, Blockchain, and Crypto roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate both technical expertise and cultural fit.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics for efficiency and quality hires.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on Web3, Blockchain, and Crypto hiring.Proficiency in advanced search strategies and other sourcing methods.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.Experience working in a remote setup is a plus.What We Offer
