Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical and non-technical roles.
• Utilize advanced search techniques on LinkedIn and other platforms to identify top talent in the Web3 and Blockchain sectors.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for niche Web3, Blockchain, and Crypto roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate both technical expertise and cultural fit.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics for efficiency and quality hires.
