About the role of an HR Professional
We seek an energetic and dedicated professional to manage employee engagement, onboarding, and human resources operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and a positive experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support onboarding, induction, and HR calls to ensure seamless transitions.
- Coordinate documentation and vendor communication activities to drive efficiency.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Handle contractor grievances and escalate issues when required, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries by coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Manage exit process and conduct exit interviews to gather valuable insights.
- Monitor the HR email inbox and address all queries promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve gaps or escalations, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements :
1–4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in employee engagement and onboarding.Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.A proactive, approachable, and employee-focused attitude to drive success.The ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.A creative mindset to introduce innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
