Job descriptionLead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards and BI solutions Work hands-on with Power BI (DAX, Power Query), SQL, SSRS, Python automation, data modeling Optimize data pipelines and reports for performance and scalability Conduct code reviews and mentor the BI development team Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights Advanced expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Dashboard Development, Data Modeling) SQL – complex queries, stored procedures, optimization SSRS Python automation in BI / reporting workflows Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts Proven team leadership & mentoring experience
