Hiring : Technical Analyst - IT Support.
Location : Gurgaon.
Experience : 5 years (Relevant : 2+ years).
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days.
Duration : 6 months (Extendable).
Work Schedule : 5 days in-office, IST shift.
Role Overview :
We are looking for a skilled Technical Analyst to provide hands-on IT support, troubleshoot desktop environments, and ensure seamless business operations.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Citrix, Office 365, Intune, SCCM, Zoom, and MS Outlook, along with strong problem-solving and client-focused communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver effective solutions for hardware and software issues, managing escalations while adhering to SLAs.
- Troubleshoot Windows 11, macOS, VPN, Internet, and Intranet issues efficiently.
- Provide support for Citrix XenDesktop / XenApp, Intune, SCCM, and Office 365 environments.
- Administer video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Polycom devices.
- Maintain high-quality customer service, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication.
- Exhibit flexibility during peak periods, re-prioritizing tasks to ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications : .
2+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Support for IT infrastructure.Strong knowledge of Windows group policies, TCP / IP, LAN / WAN, VPN, and office applications.Familiarity with Citrix, Intune, SCCM, Office 365, Zoom, and MS Outlook.IT certifications like MCP, MCSE, CCNA are advantageous; ITIL certification preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage change effectively.Why Join :
