Hiring : Technical Analyst - IT Support.

Location : Gurgaon.

Experience : 5 years (Relevant : 2+ years).

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days.

Duration : 6 months (Extendable).

Work Schedule : 5 days in-office, IST shift.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Technical Analyst to provide hands-on IT support, troubleshoot desktop environments, and ensure seamless business operations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Citrix, Office 365, Intune, SCCM, Zoom, and MS Outlook, along with strong problem-solving and client-focused communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver effective solutions for hardware and software issues, managing escalations while adhering to SLAs.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, macOS, VPN, Internet, and Intranet issues efficiently.
• Provide support for Citrix XenDesktop / XenApp, Intune, SCCM, and Office 365 environments.
• Administer video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Polycom devices.
• Maintain high-quality customer service, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exhibit flexibility during peak periods, re-prioritizing tasks to ensure timely resolution.
