Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting sales and leasing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing training sessions to clients and potential buyers. The role also involves staying updated with the latest market trends and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Proficient in Sales and Negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct training sessions for clients and potential buyers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of local market trends in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications and licenses in real estate would be advantageous
