Job Description :
We are seeking an executive-level Salesforce Solution Architect to provide strategic and technical leadership for large-scale enterprise deployments, specializing in the Service Cloud domain. With 10 to 14 years of total IT experience, including a minimum of 8+ years on the Salesforce platform, the ideal candidate must possess both the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and the Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certifications. This role is responsible for designing resilient, scalable, and compliant Salesforce solutions, governing development across the platform, and managing complex integrations with enterprise systems. This position is available in Bangalore, Delhi, and Pune.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enterprise Solution Architecture : Serve as the chief architect for the Salesforce platform, defining the overall technical vision, architecture, and deployment strategy. Ensure solutions meet current business needs while maintaining scalability and future flexibility.
- Service Cloud Mastery and Design : Lead the architectural design and governance for Service Cloud implementations, focusing on optimization and complex feature deployment.
- Design and document the complete Case Management Lifecycle, including advanced routing via Omni-Channel.
- Govern the technical implementation of digital service channels like Live Agent, Chat, Messaging, and Email-to-Case.
- Architect and optimize the Service Console setup, ensuring robust configurations for Knowledge Management and Entitlements.
- Complex Systems Integration : Design and govern the technical blueprint for integrating Salesforce with various enterprise systems.
- Provide expert architecture guidance for using middleware and integration tools such as Mulesoft or Dell Boomi.
- Design robust, real-time integration patterns for connecting Salesforce with specialized technologies, particularly CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) platforms.
- Technical Governance and Development Standards : Enforce strict development and security standards across the platform.
- Maintain deep expertise in platform development languages : Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL, and govern the use of Salesforce APIs.
- Define best practices for coding, configuration, and data modeling to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Security, Risk, and Compliance : Own the architectural decisions related to data security and regulatory compliance.
- Provide expert guidance on complex security models, data visibility, and data governance, with a strong focus on regulations like GDPR.
- DevOps and Release Management Strategy : Define and govern the Salesforce DevOps strategy, leveraging specialized tools like Gearset or Copado to ensure reliable, automated, and streamlined release management across multiple environments.
- Agile and Process Leadership : Lead technical delivery within large-scale Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.). Apply knowledge of service management processes (e.g., ITIL) to design operational support models.
