Marketing Director

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director with at least 10 years of expertise in digital and traditional marketing to lead our marketing vision and drive growth for our clients across global markets. This senior leadership role is ideal for someone who can create strategy, inspire teams, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall marketing strategy for multiple brands and projects
• Lead a cross-functional team including SEO, performance marketing, social media, creative, and branding
• Oversee client campaigns and ensure high ROI across digital and offline channels
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting on marketing performance
• Develop strong brand positioning and oversee PR, influencer collaborations, and partnerships
• Introduce new growth channels, including marketing automation and AI-driven strategies
• Mentor and guide managers and team leaders to deliver exceptional results
• Present marketing outcomes and strategies directly to stakeholders and clients

Eligibility

Salary Range : ₹6.0 LPA to ₹10.5 LPA

Probation Period : 6 months for evaluation
