Paid Media Executive

We are looking for a data-driven and proactive Paid Media Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, , YouTube, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should understand audience targeting, analytics, ad operations, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, , YouTube, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and overall performance.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time adjustments.
• Create ad copy, coordinate with design teams for creatives, and ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Run A / B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Track and report campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.
• Manage budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spends.
• Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between paid media, content, and overall marketing strategy.
