Role : Investor Relations

Location : Gurugram (On-site)

Job Purpose

To manage communication b / w the company and its investors ensuring transparency and maintain investors' confidence in the company's financial performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders.
• Organize and lead investor meetings, earnings calls, and conferences.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, press releases, and earnings reports.
• Provide regular feedback to the leadership on investor perception and market expectations.
• Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including equity analysts, institutional investors, and rating agencies.
• Track investor feedback and perceptions, and relay insights to executive leadership.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Collaborate with finance and executive teams to interpret and communicate financial results and forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform strategy.
• Analyze analyst reports and summarize insights for senior leadership.
• Regulatory Compliance & Governance
• Ensure all investor communications comply with SEC regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain and update the Investor Relations section of the company website.
• Oversee the preparation of shareholder documents for quarterly and annual reporting
• Provide regular feedback to the leadership on investor perception and market expectations.
