HotBot Studios - Email Security Implementation Engineer

We are building a dedicated practice for Proofpoint implementations as an official Proofpoint Service Partner. We are looking for skilled engineers with experience in email security platforms who can be trained to deliver high-quality Proofpoint deployments, configurations, and support for our global clients.

This is a great opportunity to work on enterprise-grade cybersecurity products and become an early member of a fast-growing security practice. The dealing is going to be for the Indian Market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Proofpoint solutions (e.g., Email Protection, TAP, DLP, Security Awareness, etc.)
• Work closely with clients to understand security needs, design appropriate configurations, and ensure successful implementations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email flow, phishing, malware, encryption, and policy enforcement
• Work with internal teams and Proofpoint support to escalate and resolve complex problems
• Maintain documentation and support handover materials for clients
• Participate in training programs and certifications to gain Proofpoint expertise
