Job descriptionBachelor’s degree or master’s in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field. Appian Level 1 or Level 2 Certification. Proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Exposure to DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines. Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies. Experience working with Appian versions 21.2 through 25.1.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Appian Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance BPM solutions using the Appian Low-Code platform. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into robust technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications including SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected and maintainable Appian applications.
- Integrate Appian applications with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and Appian Connected System & Integration Objects.
- Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Appian best practices.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile / Scrum development cycles, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Support application deployment and provide post-production maintenance.
