Appian Developer - SAIL

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appian Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Appian-based solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable :

• Design, develop, and implement Appian-based solutions, including process models, SAIL interfaces, rules, and data models.
• Participate in requirements gathering and analysis to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features and technologies.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Appian development processes.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Work with various integrations using web services, APIs, and other integration technologies.
