Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Admin located in Kolkata. The Assistant Store Admin will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, assisting with retail sales, organizing store operations, and training new staff members.
Additional responsibilities include :
- Maintain and update store-related documentation, including insurance papers, bills, and compliance records.
- Recruit and onboard new staff members or replacements for various store roles.
- Keep accurate records of courier shipments and track deliveries.
- Manage stock levels and inventory tracking to ensure smooth availability of products.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Retail Sales and providing exceptional customer experiencesExcellent Organization and Training skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProactive and team-oriented approachPrevious experience in retail or store administration is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent;additional qualifications in business administration or related fields are a plus
