Key Competencies :
- Proven expertise in thermal energy systems, heat exchangers, and high-temperature systems
- Strong understanding of high-temperature materials (metals and non-metals), steam cycles, and boiler systems
- Deep hands-on experience with :
- Process engineering and P&IDs
- General arrangement drawings , plant layout , pipe routing , FEED
- Heat and mass balances , thermal / mechanical calculations
- Ability to design, select, and size process ancillaries : pumps, pipes, valves, fans, control systems, instruments, etc.
- Familiarity with ASME / IBR / API / Indian Standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- A proactive team player, collaborator, and leader
Roles & Responsibilities :
Design and develop high-temperature thermal energy systemsPerform process and thermal calculations for heat exchangers and TESPrepare specification sheets and detailed fabrication drawings for manufacturingReview and finalize manufacturing drawingsOversee fabrication in coordination with the manufacturing teamValidate and enhance design through thermal simulationsParticipate in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) process as requiredAbout Us :
