Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Quality Control specialist for the Manufacturing Construction industry. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing is essential as it optimizes production efficiency and minimizes waste in processes (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency with Quality Management Systems (QMS) is required to ensure that products meet customer and regulatory requirements (Mandatory skill).
• Competence in conducting Root Cause Analysis to effectively identify and solve complex production issues (Mandatory skill).
• Understanding ISO 9001 standards to uphold consistent quality management practices across manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies to guide the team towards process improvements and quality enhancements.
• Knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing methods to inspect materials and components effectively without causing damage.
• Capability to perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential failures in designs and procedures.
• Application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) for monitoring and controlling process behaviors to maintain product quality.
