Are you passionate about ensuring data integrity and accuracy in high-performance systems? Do you excel in ETL testing and SQL validation ? We’re looking for an experienced Senior ETL QA Engineer to join our fast-paced QA team and contribute to high-impact projects deployed on the cloud .

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for ETL processes and data pipelines on the Cloud

Validate data movement across source and target systems ensuring accuracy in extraction, transformation, and loading

Write and execute complex SQL queries to verify large-scale datasets, perform data reconciliation , and support defect analysis

Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and developers to understand data requirements and ensure end-to-end test coverage

Perform regression, system integration, and functional testing for ETL workflows and data jobs

Automate repetitive testing using SQL scripts or data validation tools to improve test efficiency

Maintain high standards of data quality and align all testing to defined business rules and logic

Attend and contribute to Agile ceremonies – including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives

Must-Have Skills :

6–8 years of hands-on experience in ETL QA testing

Expertise in writing complex SQL queries for data validation and analysis

Strong understanding of ETL concepts and tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, etc.)

Proven experience testing cloud-based data pipelines

Experience in defect tracking and QA lifecycle tools

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Prior experience in Agile / Scrum environments

Nice to Have :

Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts

Exposure to automation frameworks for data testing
