Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, implementing HR policies, and overseeing employee benefits. They will handle personnel management, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. The role also involves recruiting new employees, conducting orientation programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR), HR Management skills

Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies

Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the IT industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
