Hiring : Take Off Estimator Engineer Multi Unit & Commercial Projects(Civil)

Role Description :

• For each project, begin by reviewing plans, blueprints, and the “Finish Schedule” to determine if the materials specified (granite, marble, quartz) fall under our scope of work.
• Accurately define scope before proceeding with take-offs to avoid errors or exclusions.
• Perform detailed take-offs using PlanSwift for countertops, backsplashes, and edge details (laminated, mitre, and standard).
• Thoroughly review all project documents associated with each bid or proposal, including but not limited to : Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Schedules, Owner requirements, and any related documents.
• Lead, train, and mentor other estimators to ensure consistent accuracy and efficiency across all bids.
• Collaborate closely with project management and leadership teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality proposals.
